Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/068082
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided are: an aromatic particle dispersion that has excellent dispersion stability, has and retains (sustains) high aromaticity and preservation performance, and does not have adverse effects on other ingredients, etc.; and an aqueous ink composition for a writing instrument that contains the aromatic particle dispersion. This aromatic particle dispersion is characterized by being an aqueous dispersion of aromatic particles formed from at least a (meth)acrylic acid ester monomer represented by general formula (I), at least one type of fragrance component selected from group A (e.g., borneol, eugenol, d-limonene, citral R), and at least one type of preservative component selected from group B (e.g., an iodopropargyl compound, 2-(4-thiazolyl)benzimidazole). (In formula (I), A is a hydrogen atom (H) or a methyl group (CH3), and R is a hydrogen atom (H), a C1–22 alkyl group, or a substituent that has a polyalkylene glycol chain that has a C2–18 alkylene chain.)
