CLAIMS OF PATENTS

1. Arrangement for module build drawer of extension (1 ), where the different modules (2), (7) , (5) and (6) by integration expand and fit the area of the using and the capacity for the arrangement (1), characteristic of, that it consist of a u-shaped profiles (4) and (5) there have been laid down in each other (4) and (5), where there in the space between the outer (5) and inner u-profile (4) is mounted wheels (6), and where the bottom of the outer u-profile (5) is lower roadway of the arrangement of the wheels (6), and where a horizontal upper going tab on inner profile (4), opposite, is the upper horizontal supporting for the wheels (6), and where the arrangement (1) has means (4, 5, 6 and 7) for guided and stable mounted area for an extern arrangement of loadings (1). 2. Arrangement for module build drawer of extension (1) according to claim 1, characteristic of, that the bottom of the inner of the u- profile (4) has been used as seat for an outer arrangement of loadings (1), as an example a drawer arrangement (4, 5, 6 and 7) in the left side, and where there in this case of course also has been mounted a like u-profile arrangement (4, 5, 6 and 7) in the right side of the extension drawer (1 ).

3. Arrangement for module build drawer of extension (1) according to abovementioned claims, characteristi c of, that the coupling arrangement (2) consist of a turned round or a down turned u-profile (2), where its flanges are equipped with taps (3) of coupling, as an example formed as horizontal tabs (3), where these fit down in holes in the inner bottom on the movable arrangement of extension (4), and where these by a displacement have been locked in its place by the horizontal tap rest on the outer of the horizontal flat on inner of the replaced u-profile (4), in such a way that the loading (1) do not can be pulled up through the mounting hole, but has been locked in this.

The invention concern an arrangement for module build drawer of extension, where the different modules by integration expand and fit the area of the using and the capacity for the arrangement.

Known technique

Hitherto it is known to have drawers of extension, especially for big loads and bulky parts, by, that one on the sides of a plate or a drawer direct have mounted an arrangement of rails, there often consist of a guided rolling arrangement or a like arrangement.

The disadvantage of this arrangement has been that it often does not has been able to carry the load, as the guided rolling on each sides of the drawer only has consist of one line of rollers, why they by loading have turn over, and done it difficult to pull the drawer out and in.

The technical problem, which shall be solved

With the invention one wanted to make a drawer of extension, especially for big loads and bulky parts, or places for a lot of parts gathered on a large place, and where it steady will be easy to pull and drawer out and in a system as a rack for goods or like.

The new technique

The new is that it consist of a u-shaped profiles there have been laid down in each other, where there in the space between the outer and inner u-profile is mounted wheels, and where the bottom of the outer u-profile is lower roadway of the arrangement of the wheels, and where a horizontal upper going tab on inner profile, opposite, is the upper horizontal supporting for the wheels, and where the arrangement has means for guided and stable mounted area for an extern arrangement of loadings. One obtain by this that the arrangement of extension can be coupled together with a like arrangement and by this will be able to carry heavy loads, and where one in the extension arrangement itself in the same time will be able to carry relatively width or bulky parts, and then steady will be able to pull the arrangement out from a rack or a base plate, where the extension arrangement is mounted.

The new is also that the bottom of the inner of the u-profile has been used as seat for an outer arrangement of loadings, as an example a drawer arrangement, and where there in this case has been mounted a like u-profile arrangement in the right side of the extension drawer.

One have obtain by this that the loading in each sides has a very stable rolling arrangement, as a load do not will course a tipping of the supporting, but direct will guide its loading down to a stably supporting via each own arrangement of wheels. Where the supporting means have been made of the outer u -profile of the guiding rails, - and the inner bottom of this.

The new is also that the coupling arrangement consist of a turned round or a down turned u-profile, where its flanges are equipped with taps of coupling, as an example formed as horizontal tabs, where these fit down in holes in the inner bottom on the movable arrangement of extension, and where these by a displacement have been locked in its place by the horizontal tap rest on the outer of the horizontal flat on inner of the replaced u-profile, in such a way that the loading do not can be pulled up through the mounting hole, but has been locked in this. One has obtained that the coupling arrangement will be stably and an integrated part of the extension arrangement, where one to this can couple a drawer arrangement or another arrangement, and where this via the sort of mounting will be stably and unshakeable.

The invention shall after this be explained closer under reference to the drawing, where

Fig.1 shows, in a section, an extension arrangement, where there is coupled a higher unit 2 of coupling to, and where there on this further is coupled a drawer arrangement 1.

The extension arrangement itself 7 consist here of two arrangements of rails 7, where each is equipped with four wheels parts 6 or more.

The extension arrangement itself 7 is fixed to a supporting means 2, and on such a way that the two extension arrangement 7 are flushing with each other, for an un-problematic function of extension.

The coupling arrangement itself 2 can be seen to be fixed to the arrangement of extension via fixing fans 3, where the arrangement 2 on the figure is shut out to the left side, and here is locked in position qua that the upper arrangement 1 of drawer is locked in position also, and with this also locked for an displacement.

Fig.2 shows, and seen in perspective, a coupling arrangement 2 with fixing fans 3 and shaped as an opposite u - profile 2, there is mounted across down in the inner of the u-profile of the arrangement of the extension 7, and the movable part 7 and rail.

Upper on the across laying u-profile 2 and the coupling arrangement 2 can be seen a bended plate arrangement, which here is shaped as a drawer 1.
