Abstract:
Provided is an arranging and conveying device, used for arranging and conveying tablets, and comprising a supporting plate (1), a connecting plate (2), a tablet arranging mechanism (3), a tablet conveying mechanism (4), a tablet recycling device (5), and a dispensing device (6). An inclined surface is provided on the supporting plate (1); the connecting plate (2) is provided on the inclined surface; the tablet arranging mechanism (3) and the tablet conveying mechanism (4) are correspondingly provided on the connecting plate (2); the tablet conveying mechanism (4) comprises a conveying belt (41), and the conveying belt (41) is obliquely arranged; the tablet arranging mechanism (3) is arranged on the conveying belt (41) in the conveying direction of the conveying belt (41), and the distance between the tablet arranging mechanism and the upper edge of the conveying belt (41) is gradually reduced in the conveying direction; and the tablet recycling device (5) is arranged along the upper edge of the conveying belt (41) and is located upstream of the dispensing device (6). The tablets on the obliquely-arranged conveying belt (41) are conveyed forwards and arranged by using the tablet arranging mechanism (3), and redundant tablets fall into the tablet recycling device (5) along the upper edge of the conveying belt (41).
