Abstract:
An array substrate (10) and a display device (1) having the array substrate (10). The array substrate (10) is provided with a display area (101) and a bending area (102) surrounding the display area (101); the array substrate (10) comprises a first base layer (11), a first buffer layer (12), and a second base layer (13). At least one portion of an opening (2) is located on the second base layer (13) and corresponds to the bending area (102). At least one portion of a metal wire (18) covers the inner surface of the opening (2). An organic layer (6) is filled in the opening (2) and wraps the metal wire (18) located in the opening (2). According to the array substrate (10) and the display device (1) having the array substrate (10), the opening (2) is formed in the bending area (102), the opening (2) extends into the second base layer (13), and the metal wire (18) is formed on the inner surface of the opening (2). An organic photoresist is filled above the metal wire (18) in the opening (2), thereby enabling a neutral surface (7) to be located on the layer where the metal wire (18) is located, and reducing the stress borne by the metal wire (18) in the bending area (102).
