Abstract:
The present application discloses an array substrate, a display panel and a display device. The array substrate is provided with a display area and a non-display area which are adjacently arranged. The array substrate comprises: a substrate; a semiconductor layer located on the substrate, the semiconductor layer comprising a plurality of semiconductor parts disposed in an array in a first direction and a second direction; and an electrostatic protection part provided with a connecting end and a free end which are opposite to each other, the connecting end being connected to at least one said semiconductor part, and the free end extending to the non-display area from the connecting end. According to the present application, the electrostatic protection part is arranged, such that the electrostatic protection performance of the array substrate can be effectively improved.
