Provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure are an array substrate, a display panel, and a display device. The array substrate comprises: gate driving circuits, which are located in a non-display area of a base substrate; a plurality of display pads, which are located in a binding area of the base substrate, wherein the plurality of display pads and the gate driving circuits are respectively located on adjacent edge sides of the base substrate, and in a first direction pointing from a side of the gate driving circuit to a side opposite the gate driving circuit, the plurality of display pads each comprise a gate driving signal pad, a data signal pad, and a voltage signal pad, which are arranged in sequence; and a plurality of gate connecting wires, which are located in the non-display area of the base substrate, wherein the number of gate connecting wires is greater than the number of gate driving signal pads, all first ends of the gate connecting wires are electrically connected to the gate driving circuits, second ends of some of the gate connecting wires are electrically connected to the gate driving signal pads, and second ends of the remaining gate connecting wires are electrically connected to the voltage signal pads.
