Abstract:
An array substrate, a display panel, and a preparation method therefor, the array substrate comprising: a substrate (110), a buffer layer (120), an active layer (130), a gate electrode insulation layer (140), and a metal layer, all of which are in a layered arrangement; wherein a recess (T1) is formed on the gate electrode insulation layer (140), a gate electrode (150) is formed via patterning of the metal layer above the active layer (130), a common electrode (160) is formed via patterning of the metal layer within the recess (T1), and a difference in height in the horizontal direction is formed by the gate electrode (150) and the common electrode (160).
