Abstract:
The present application relates to an array substrate, a display panel, and a method for forming the array substrate. The array substrate comprises: a base; and a device layer stacked on one side of the base in the thickness direction of the base, the device layer comprising a first-type transistor, a second-type transistor and a capacitor, the first-type transistor comprising a first source/drain electrode, the second-type transistor comprising a second source/drain electrode, and the capacitor comprising a first electrode plate and a second electrode plate, wherein the first electrode plate is disposed on the same layer as at least one of the first source/drain electrode and the second source/drain electrode, and the second electrode plate is disposed on the side of the first type transistor and the second type transistor facing away from the base in the thickness direction. According to the array substrate, the display panel, and a display apparatus provided by embodiments of the present application, in the array substrate, by changing the position of the capacitor, the electrode plates of the capacitor can be extended or deviated to increase the capacitor area, so that the resolution can be improved, and the risk of signal crosstalk can be reduced by means of the arrangement position of the capacitor.
