Abstract:
The present invention provides an array substrate and a display panel. The display panel comprises an array substrate, the array substrate being defined having a bending region and a non-bending region. The non-bending region comprises a flexible substrate layer, a composite buffer layer, a source and drain layer, an overcoat layer, and a pixel definition layer, arranged in a stacked manner; the bending region comprises a flexible substrate layer, a source and drain layer, an overcoat layer, and a pixel definition layer, arranged in a stacked manner, or the thickness of the composite buffer layer in the bending region is smaller than the thickness of the composite buffer layer in the non-bending region.
