Abstract:
An array substrate and a display panel, relating to the technical field of display. The array substrate comprises a base substrate (1), and a thin film transistor group (2) which is provided on one side of the base substrate (1) and comprises at least two thin film transistors, the thin film transistors being stacked in a direction perpendicular to the base substrate (1). The provided array substrate comprises the thin film transistor group (2), the thin film transistor group (2) comprises at least two thin film transistors, and the thin film transistors are stacked in a direction perpendicular to the base substrate (1), that is, the orthographic projections of the plurality of thin film transistors on the base substrate (1) at least partially overlap. The thin film transistors are designed in a stacked manner, so that the occupied area of the thin film transistors on a plane is reduced, thereby facilitating improving light transmittance and an aperture ratio. Each thin film transistor provided in a stacked manner in the thin film transistor group respectively drives one liquid crystal pixel point or a light emitting device. Compared with the same layer arrangement in the related art, the light transmittance and the aperture ratio of the array substrate are higher.
