Abstract:
An array substrate and a display panel. The array substrate (100) comprises: a base substrate (101); gate lines (102) and data lines (103) provided on the base substrate (101), the gate lines (102) and the data lines (103) intersecting to define pixel regions (104); metal oxide thin film transistors (105) are provided in the pixel regions (104), and each metal oxide thin film transistor (105) comprises a metal oxide semiconductor layer (1051); the metal oxide semiconductor layer (1051) comprises a first portion (1051a) and a second portion (1051b) connected to each other, the first portion (1051a) is connected to a data line (103) by means of a first via hole (1051c), the first portion (1051a) is a long strip shape, a first included angle (α) is present between a direction of extension of the first portion (1051a) and a direction of extension of the data line (103), and the first included angle (α) is greater than 0 degrees and less than or equal to 90 degrees; and an orthographic projection of the second portion (1051b) onto the base substrate (101) overlaps with an orthographic projection of a gate line (102) onto the base substrate (101) and does not overlap an orthographic projection of the data line (103) onto the base substrate (101). The array substrate (100) reduces a source electrode structure, and thereby improves the aperture ratio of a pixel.
