Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are an array substrate and a display panel. The array substrate comprises a substrate, a gate electrode, a gate insulating layer, an oxide semiconductor layer and a source/drain metal layer, wherein at least part of the gate insulating layer that is in contact with the oxide semiconductor layer and the oxide semiconductor layer are made of an oxide of a first metal element, such that the trap-state density of a transitional interface between the gate insulating layer and the oxide semiconductor layer is relatively low, thereby facilitating the improvement of the mobility and stability.
