Abstract:
An array substrate, a manufacturing method, and a display device. The part of the array substrate corresponding to a secondary functional region comprises a first conductive layer (102) and a second conductive layer (103) which are provided on two opposite surfaces of a substrate (101), the circuit in the second conductive layer being electrically connected to the circuit in a primary display region, the circuit of a cell on film (COF) (105) being electrically connected to the circuit of the first conductive layer, so that the COF is directly placed on the back surface of the substrate, and the primary display region and the COF are connected by means of a conductive layer (104) penetrating through the substrate, without the need for bending any more.
