Abstract:
An array substrate and a manufacturing method therefor, and a display panel. The array substrate, comprising: a substrate (10); a thin film transistor on the substrate (10); and a PIN diode (70), on one side of the thin film transistor away from the substrate (10). From a direction of the thin film transistor away from the substrate (10), the PIN diode (70) comprises a first conductive type semiconductor layer (71), an intrinsic semiconductor layer (72), and a second conductive type semiconductor layer (73) which are sequentially stacked, wherein the materials of the first conductive type semiconductor layer (71) comprise one or more of the following materials: metal oxides, metal sulfides, metal selenides, metal nitrides, metal phosphides, or metal arsenides.
