Abstract:
Provided are an array substrate and method for fabrication thereof and a display device. The fabrication method comprises: forming on a substrate (1) a pixel electrode layer (2), a gate metal layer (4), and a source/drain metal layer (11); the pixel electrode layer comprises a first connecting part pattern (21); the gate metal layer comprises a second connecting part pattern (41), and the source/drain metal layer comprises a third connecting part pattern (111); the first connecting part pattern and second connecting part pattern overlap; the part of the first connecting part pattern that exceeds the second connecting part pattern is electrically connected to a third connecting part pattern by means of a first via (12).
