Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to the technical field of displays and provided therein are an array substrate, a preparation method therefor, and a display apparatus. The array substrate comprises a hole region and a hole frame region. The preparation method for the array substrate comprises: forming a source/drain metal layer on one side of the base substrate, the source/drain metal layer being formed with first isolation columns surrounding the hole region in the hole frame region, and the first isolation column comprising a first metal layer and a second metal layer located on one side of the first metal layer away from the base substrate; forming a planarization layer at least covering side surfaces of all the first metal layers; forming a pixel electrode layer; forming a protective layer covering the pixel electrode layer, the protective layer exposing the hole frame region; removing the portion of the planarization layer in the hole frame region; partially etching the first metal layer from the side surface to form a third metal layer; removing the protective layer; and sequentially forming an organic light-emitting layer and a common electrode layer. The preparation method for the array substrate can improve the yield of array substrates.
