Abstract:
An array substrate, comprising a substrate, a first metal layer and an active layer which are provided on the substrate, an interlayer insulating layer, and a second metal layer. The first metal layer at least forms a first wiring; the interlayer insulating layer is provided on the first metal layer and the active layer; the second metal layer is provided on the interlayer insulating layer; a first contact hole is formed in the interlayer insulating layer; the second metal layer is connected to the first wiring by means of the first contact hole; the first metal layer comprises a conductive layer and a first protection layer which are stacked in sequence.
