Abstract:
Provided is an article accommodation device which has a structure that makes it possible to supply sheets and/or cases as articles and which can be mounted on an article supply device. This article accommodation device is to be mounted on an article supply device, said article accommodation device comprising a main body unit capable of accommodating articles in layers. The main body unit includes a first holding unit which is capable of moving in the width direction of the main body unit and which holds, along the width direction, the articles that are placed and accommodated in the main body unit, a second holding unit which is capable of moving in the depth direction of the main body unit and which holds the articles along the depth direction, and a pressing unit which presses a part of the articles that is positioned frontward with respect to the main body unit.
