Abstract:
This article storage apparatus comprises a storage chamber and an arrangement unit. The storage chamber is provided with both of: a first accommodation part capable of accommodating at least one type of article from among a plurality of types of articles of different external dimensions, the articles being used in a pair-substrate-working device that carries out prescribed pair-substrate work on a substrate; and a second accommodation part capable of accommodating at least one type of article that is larger in external dimensions than the aforementioned articles, the second accommodation part being larger than the first accommodation part. The arrangement unit moves the accommodated articles between the first accommodation part and the second accommodation part when it is necessary to improve the accommodation state in the storage chamber.
