Abstract:
This control system controls a conveyance apparatus (5) so as to preferentially store a high-frequency article (WH) in a first storage position (P1), and to preferentially store a normal article (WN) in a normal storage position (PN), if articles of an article type having a picking frequency equal to or greater than a stipulated high-frequency threshold are high-frequency articles (WH), articles of an article type having a picking frequency less than the high-frequency threshold are normal articles (WN), the positions where each of a plurality of articles in a storage section are stored are storage positions, at least one storage position nearest the shelf front surface side (Y1) among a plurality of storage positions in one storage section is the first storage position (P1), and at least one storage position located on the shelf rear surface side (Y2) of the first storage position (P1) is the normal storage position (PN).
