Abstract:
Provided is an article to be used in contact with a living body or a biological sample, wherein the article has a first film and a second film, the first film including an amorphous carbon film in which the proportion of the number of sp2-hybridized carbon atoms to the total number of the sp2-hybridized carbon atoms and sp3-hybridized carbon atoms is 23 to 43 atom% or a titanium doped amorphous carbon film in which the proportion of the number of titanium atoms to the number of carbon atoms is 3 to 12 atom%, and the second film including any one film selected from an amorphous carbon film in which the contact angle with pure water is 10° or less, a titanium doped amorphous carbon film in which the proportion of the number of titanium atoms to the number of carbon atoms is less than 3 atom% or over 12 atom%, or a titanium doped amorphous carbon film in which the contact angle with pure water is 10° or less.
