Abstract:
The present invention provides an artificial blood vessel and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method comprises: forming, by weaving warp yarns and weft yarns, a composite fabric in which a first weave and a second weave alternate along a latitude direction; and sequentially corrugating and shaping the composite fabric to obtain the artificial blood vessel. According to the artificial blood vessel, a composite structure of the first weave and the second weave formed by means of the warp yarns and the weft yarns is used, because the softness of the first weave is less than the softness of the second weave, so that the rigidity of the first weave and the softness of the second weave are considered in the finally formed composite structure, and thus the softness of the fabric is improved while low permeability is ensured. Therefore, to a certain extent, the defects of the existing woven artificial blood vessels are improved, thereby facilitating treating and stitching.
