Abstract:
The present invention relates to an artificial intelligence-based interactive question and answer system and, more particularly, comprises: a question receiving unit for receiving a user's question in the form of a natural language on the basis of speech to text (STT); an answer possibility determination unit for determining, so as to provide an answer to the user's question received by the question receiving unit, an answer possibility for the user's question by analyzing and refining, through a natural language preprocessing model, the user's question received in the form of a natural language; an answer providing unit for providing an answer to the user's question by using a pre-set artificial intelligence algorithm when the answer possibility determination unit analyzes that the answer possibility to the user's question is equal to or greater than a threshold reference; and a recursive question request unit for requesting the user for a recursive question for a pre-received question of the user when the answer possibility determination unit analyzes that the answer possibility to the user's question is less than the threshold reference.
