Abstract:
The present invention relates to an artificial intelligence-based job matching system. The artificial intelligence-based job matching system according to the present invention comprises: a job matching server which performs an artificial intelligence-based job matching operation; a user terminal having installed thereon an application capable of communicating with the job matching server; and a job offer information database connected to the job matching server through a network. The job matching server is configured to perform the operations of: obtaining job search information of a user through the application installed on the user terminal; obtaining recruitment information of companies from the job offer information database; and obtaining a match rate of the user with respect to a recruiting company on the basis of the search information of the user and the recruitment information of the companies.
