Abstract:
The present invention relates to a system for calculating a prostate cancer grade from individual prostate histopathology images, and outputting a prostate cancer diagnosis result by merging the individual prostate histopathology images. The prostate cancer pathology image report system of the present invention comprises: a prostate tissue classification unit for calculating the probability and Gleason score for each Gleason grade from prostate tissue image data and generating a first report; a biopsy region designation unit for matching the prostate tissue image data on all of prostate image data; and a pathological image diagnosis unit for calculating the probability and Gleason score for each Gleason grade of all of the prostate image data.
