Abstract:
The present invention relates to a recyclable article screening system and method for accurately screening recyclable articles by types by means of artificial intelligence. By capturing images of recyclable articles on a conveyor while the conveyor is not moving, and recognizing and separating the recyclable articles, of which the images have been captured, by types on the basis of artificial intelligence, the present invention may have higher accuracy compared to an existing method in which recyclable articles are classified on a moving conveyor.
