Abstract:
An artificial intelligence-based spine image processing method and a related device, improving the accuracy of vertebra segmentation, and improving the specificity and sensitivity of sign recognition. Said method comprises: acquiring an original spine image; pre-processing the original spine image, to generate a target spine image (102); segmenting, by means of a preset segmentation model, each vertebra in the target spine image, so as to generate a plurality of vertebra masks; performing, by means of a preset clustering algorithm, contour recognition and corner detection on the plurality of vertebra masks, to obtain N bone contours and N*4 vertebral corners; synthesizing the N bone contours and the N*4 vertebral corners with the target spine image, to generate a synthesized vertebra picture (105); extracting a plurality of small blocks of pictures from the synthesized vertebra picture, each small block of picture comprising information of a target region (106); and recognizing the plurality of small blocks of pictures by means of a preset sign classification model, to generate a recognition result (107).
