Abstract:
An artificial sensory nervous circuit and a manufacturing method therefor. The artificial sensory nervous circuit comprises a sensor (S), a first memristor (RS), and a neuron circuit, where the first memristor (RS) is provided with a one-way resistance characteristic. The sensor (S) is used for sensing an outside signal and generating an excitation signal on the basis of the outside signal. The first memristor (RS) is used for generating a response signal on the basis of the excitation signal. The neuron circuit is used for charging/discharging on the basis of the response signal to output a pulse signal. The artificial sensory neural circuit and the manufacturing method therefor allow the employment of a simple circuit to implement sensitive and habitual characteristics of biological awareness.
