Title:
ARTIFICIAL TISSUE MODEL COMPRISING HYDROGEL STRUCTURE HAVING MICROCHANNEL NETWORK FORMED THEREIN
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/197326
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an artificial tissue model using a hydrogel structure having a microchannel network formed therein, through which a fluid can flow, and a disease model using same. The artificial tissue model makes it possible to culture cells in three dimensions in a similar way to an in vivo environment, and can also be usefully used as an artificial disease model by perfusing a component which induces a target disease through a hydrogel structure.
