Abstract:
An artificial total-knee proximal tibia integrated making tool comprises a sleeve (3) and a main nail (2) which is driven into a bone substance to be cut. The main nail (2) and the sleeve (3) are in inserted clearance fit connection. A wing-shaped bone knife (5) is disposed at the front end of the main nail (2), and the wing-shaped bone knife (5) comprises a knife accommodation object (51), and a plurality of wing plates (52) which are disposed at two sides of the outer wall of the knife accommodation object (51) and which correspond to the wing-shaped structure of a tibial prothesis. The knife accommodation object (51) is of a hollow structure, and a hollow hole is a recycling hole of a columnar bone substance that is cut. Linear grooves used for accommodating and expanding the wing plates (52) are correspondingly formed in the sleeve wall of the front section of the sleeve (3). By using the tool, conventional four-step artificial total-knee surface arthroplasty can be shortened to be within one hour, thereby greatly improving the operation efficiency.
