Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of drug research and development, and specifically relates to an aryl carboxylic acid compound, in particular to a use of the aryl carboxylic acid compound in the preparation of an Mrgpr X4 inhibitor. The present invention provides a novel compound having an aryl carboxylic acid structure. The compound has a good inhibitory effect on an Mrgpr X4 receptor and has good application prospects in the treatment of pain, pruritus, cholestatic pruritus, drug side effects, autoimmune diseases, multiple sclerosis and other diseases, and can be used in the preparation of drugs for preventing or treating pruritus, and the compound has excellent safety and in-vivo pharmacokinetic properties.
