In the production of agricultural and horticultural crops, etc., damages caused by pest insects, etc., are still significant, and, therefore, the development of novel pest control agents has been required due to factors such as the emergence of pest insects resistant to conventional chemicals.　The present invention provides a compound represented by general formula (1) [wherein: X and Y represent an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom; Z represents a hydroxyl group, etc.; R1 represents an alkyl group, etc.; R2 and R4 represent a substituted phenyl group, etc.; R3, R5 and R6 represent a hydrogen atom, etc.; and R7 represents a substituted phenyl group, etc.] or a salt thereof, a pest control agent comprising the compound as an active ingredient, and a method for the use thereof.
