Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a synthesis method for an arylamine compound containing a bis-substituted indolone skeleton. The synthesis method comprises the following steps: using 3-pyrrolyloxindole and vinyl benzoxazinone as reactants, and in the presence of a chiral oxamide-phosphine ligand and a tris(dibenzylideneacetone)dipalladium-chloroform adduct, reacting same in an organic solvent to obtain an arylamine compound containing a bis-substituted indolone skeleton. The method of the present invention is simple and convenient to operate, and has good yield and chemoselectivity; the reaction post-treatment is simple, and no byproduct is generated in the system; the range of applicable substrates is wide, the raw materials are all industrial, inexpensive and easily available products, and no pollution is caused; and functional groups have high compatibility and good enantioselectivity.
