Title:
ASPHALT COMPOSITION
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/017334
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention pertains to an asphalt composition having excellent durability after being dried, an asphalt mixture, and a production method for the asphalt mixture. [1] This asphalt composition contains asphalt, a thermoplastic elastomer, and a polyester, wherein the polyester has a softening point of 90-140ºC and a glass transition point of 40-80ºC, and the proportion of the polyester is 1-17 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the asphalt. [2] This asphalt mixture contains an aggregate and the asphalt composition described in [1]. [3] This production method for an asphalt mixture comprises a step for mixing asphalt, a thermoplastic elastomer, and a polyester, wherein the polyester has a softening point of 90-140ºC and a glass transition point of 40-80ºC, and the proportion of the polyester is 1-17 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the asphalt.
