Abstract:
An asphalt finisher (100) comprises an engine hood (1a) that covers an engine (6), and an exit tube (64) for discharging exhaust gas from the engine (6) into the atmosphere. The height of the exit tube (64) is less than the height (H2) of the eye of an operator (OP) sitting in a driver's seat. The exit tube (64) projects through an opening (AP) formed in the engine hood (1a), the top part of the exit tube (64) being covered by a ventilation cover (VC).
