Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are an aspheric prism manufacturing method and an aspheric prism. The method comprises the steps of: S1, by using a thermoforming method, performing integral forming on a prism and lenses to obtain formed body glass; S2, sticking the formed body glass to a tool, carrying out right angle face milling and grinding according to a preset size, and reserving a polishing procedure processing amount; S3, sticking the milled and ground formed body glass to an optical contact base plate, and perform polishing; S4, cutting the polished formed body glass; S5, carrying out film coating on the formed body glass subjected to cutting; and S6, carrying out ink coating on the formed body glass subjected to the film coating. The present method can improve the structural precision of and the processing efficiency for an aspheric prism.
