Abstract:
The present invention relates to an assembled field test apparatus for testing subgrade bearing capacity and friction force. The apparatus comprises ground anchor round pipes, foundation steel plates, vertical beams, transverse beams, and other structures; through holes are formed in the periphery of each foundation steel plate, and after the bottom ends of round steel pipes of foundation round pipes pass through the through holes, first steel plates are fixedly connected to said foundation steel plate; the middle parts of the foundation steel plates are fixedly connected to second steel plates of the vertical beams; the upper ends of two adjacent vertical beams are fixedly connected by means of a transverse beam; wing plates of counter-force beams are fixed at the middle positions of the transverse beams; one ends of all counter-force beams are connected as a whole by means of a connection steel plate; bearing boards are laid on the transverse beams and the counter-force beams; a sliding slot of a sliding sleeve is sleeved on the lower side of a steel plate strip or an I-shaped steel of a counter-force beam, and a force transfer column, a gasket, a jack, and a load plate are sequentially mounted at the bottom of the sliding sleeve. According to the present invention, foundation anchoring force and sandbag stack load on the bearing boards are simultaneously used as counter-force, such that high bearing capacity and friction force field test can be carried out. The present invention has the advantages of being safe, reliable, simple and convenient to assemble and disassemble, convenient to transport, etc.
