Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are an assembling device having an industrial robot, and an assembling method. The assembling device comprises a base, wherein two stand columns are symmetrically and fixedly mounted on the top of the base, the same supporting plate is slidably sleeved on the two stand columns, a supporting shaft is rotationally connected to each of two sides of the supporting plate, the two supporting shafts are respectively connected to the two stand columns in a transmission manner, two movable plates are symmetrically and slidably connected to the top of the supporting plate, the two movable plates are respectively connected to the two supporting shafts in a transmission manner, supporting disks are rotationally connected to the tops of sides of the two movable plates that are close to each other, and a biaxial electric motor located between the two movable plates is fixedly mounted on the top of the supporting plate. According to the present invention, a main shaft workpiece can be stably clamped and positioned, and the main shaft workpiece can be driven to rotate by means of starting the biaxial electric motor, such that the main shaft workpiece can be easily rotated after same is positioned and clamped, so that the main shaft workpiece can be easily assembled and machined, and good practicability is thus achieved.
