An assembling-laminating apparatus, comprising: an adsorption means (100) used for adsorbing multiple optical sheets (300), and a driving means (200) located below the adsorption means (100) and used for horizontally driving multiple curved surface backlight modules (400), wherein when the driving means (200) horizontally drives one curved surface backlight module (400) to a position right under the adsorption means (100), the adsorption means (100) makes the absorbed optical sheet (300) directly face the curved surface backlight module (400), and the adsorption means (100) approaches the driving means (200); the adsorption means (100) desorbs the optical sheet (300), so that the optical sheet (300) is assembled and laminated to the curved surface backlight module (400). The apparatus can maintain the stress direction of the optical sheet (300) when assembling and laminating the optical sheet (300), so that the optical sheet (300) better coincides with the curvature of the curved surface backlight module (400), thereby avoiding the optical sheet (300) from bad phenomena such as folds, fall-off, or warpage.
