Abstract:
Disclosed is an assembly line for a motorcycle engine, the assembly line comprising a frame (5) and a conveying belt (4) arranged on the frame (5). An engine assembly tooling is arranged on the conveying belt (4), and the assembly tooling comprises a base (3), a first support (1) rotatably connected to the base (3), and a second support (2) rotatably connected to the first support (1). A rotation direction of the first support (1) and a rotation direction of the second support (2) are set in a biased manner. The second support (2) is connected to an engine. The first support (1) is L-shaped and the first support (1) comprises a horizontally arranged first base plate (11) and a vertically arranged first vertical column (12). The first vertical column (12) is arranged on one end of the first base plate (11), and the second support (2) and the base (3) are arranged on the side, facing away from the first vertical column (12), of the first base plate (11). During the assembly of an engine, the engine can be rotated, thereby facilitating the assembly of same by an assembler and reducing the labor intensity.
