An assembly of a picture frame device (10, 11) and a mounting jig (30). The picture frame device (10, 11) comprises a picture frame (50, 80) and at least one combining assembly (60); the front surface (54, 811) of the picture frame (50, 80) is used for displaying a pattern (52, 71), the combining assemblies (60) each comprise a first combining member (61) used for being provided on the back surface (55, 852) of the picture frame (50, 80) and a second combining member (62) used for being provided on a wall surface (20) and for being detachably and mutually attached and fixed to the first combining member (61); the mounting jig (30) comprises an outer frame (31) and an inner plate (32), the outer frame (31) defines a first positioning through hole (312) and may allow the picture frame (50, 80) to be detachably embedded in the first positioning through hole (312); and the inner plate (32) is detachably embedded in the first positioning through hole (312) and is provided with at least one second positioning through hole (324) for positioning the second combining member (62). A user may accurately align the first combining member (61) and the second combining member (62) by means of the mounting jig (30), so as to stably hang the picture frame (50, 80) on a wall surface (20).
