Abstract:
An assembly structural member, widely used in the fields of toys, tools, furniture, handicrafts, and jewelry. The assembly structural member comprises parts (100) that are detachably assembled together with each other, and assembly holes (200) and assembly columns (300) are provided in each part (100). The assembly structural member further comprises: male connector inserts (500) each having an insertion rod (502), a protrusion (504) being provided around the insertion rod (502); and female connector inserts (400) each having an insertion hole (402), wherein the outer diameter of the protrusion (504), the inner diameter of the insertion hole (402), and the outer diameter of the insertion rod (502) decrease successively. Each male connector insert (500) is fixedly provided between an inner hole (302) of the assembly column (300) and the assembly hole (200), and the female connector insert (400) is fixed in the inner hole (302) of the assembly column (300); when two parts (100) are assembled by inserting the assembly columns (300) of a second part (100) into the assembly holes (200) of a first part (100), the insertion rods (502) of the first part (100) are inserted into the insertion holes (402) of the second part (100) with an interference fit, and the two parts (100) are firmly joined together by means of snap-fitting of the protrusions and the insertion holes (402).
