Abstract:
The present invention relates to an assistance apparatus for stride length increasing rehabilitation training and, more specifically, to an assistance apparatus, for stride length increasing rehabilitation training, facilitating the management of and benefits of a stride length increasing rehabilitation exercise by enabling a patient and a rehabilitation therapist to recognize in a multisensory manner comprising tactile sensation, sight and hearing whether or not the patient having a short stride length, such as a Parkinson's disease patient, walks in a target stride length and walking speed or greater when doing a rehabilitation exercise, that is, a walking exercise.
