Abstract:
This assistance device receives a designation of one or more steps constituting a production line, and, for each of the one or more designated steps, extracts one or more pieces of equipment candidate information including first information which identifies a device included in equipment constructed in the past and second information which indicates the performance of that equipment in relation to a target evaluation item. The assistance device searches for a device corresponding to the extracted first information, from a list of devices not in operation, and, on the basis of the result of the search, indicates whether or not a production line can be constructed using the device not in operation. Furthermore, on the basis of the extracted second information, the assistance device indicates a score for the target evaluation item for when the production line is constructed.
