Abstract:
Provided is an assistive processing apparatus for a special-shaped self-aligning bearing grinding machine for aerospace, comprising a transition disc (2), balance blocks (3), a pressing plate (4), a stop block assembly, and a centering shaft (8). The transition disc (2) is coaxially and fixedly connected to a grinding machine; the balance blocks (3) are detachably connected to the transition disc (2); the pressing plate (4) is detachably connected to the transition disc (2); the pressing plate (4) is used for abutting a bearing against the transition disc (2); the stop block assembly is detachably connected to the transition disc (2); the stop block assembly abuts against the side wall of the bearing; and the centering shaft (8) is used for being inserted into a through hole inside the bearing so that the axis of the through hole inside the bearing coincides with the axis of the transition disc (2). According to the assistive processing apparatus, by means of non-rigid compression, a mechanism clamping mode of a bearing outer race is changed; moreover, the balance blocks (3) are added as counterweights, and by means of static balance and dynamic balance adjustment methods, control and adjustment are performed without the use of any electronic device but only in a simple and purely mechanical manner, so that a product meets the processing requirements, the workload of manual operation is reduced, the processing is optimized, the efficiency is improved, and the quality stability of the product is ensured.
