Abstract:
Provided is a preparation method for 7-oxotriptophenolide (compound 1). The method comprises the following steps: performing benzylic oxidation with a compound 4 to obtain a compound 5, then condensing with a hydroxylamine compound to obtain a compound 6, then oxidizing to obtain a compound 7, and finally hydrolyzing to obtain the compound 1. The method has high yield, is simple and convenient, has cheap raw materials, is suitable for industrial production, and has outstanding economic value.
