Abstract:
The present invention relates to an ATC-mounted broaching machine using fog computing and, more specifically, to an ATC-mounted broaching machine using fog computing, in which an automatic tool changer (ATC) is provided so as to hold one of various types of broach tools on a tool table while moving up, down, left, and right, the ATC-mounted broaching machine comprising: a sensor unit attached to the ATC-mounted broaching machine so as to generate processed-state data; a control unit for generating equipment state data on the basis of a PLC and controlling the ATC-mounted broaching machine; an edge device for determining, on the basis of a fog computing technology, whether the ATC-mounted broaching machine is abnormal; and an edge computer module connected to a cloud server so as to allow a manager to remotely perform monitoring, whereby various types of components can be produced.
