An atomization assembly and electronic cigarette; the atomization assembly is used to combine with a battery assembly to form an electronic cigarette; the atomization assembly comprises a translucent oil storage sleeve (41) provided at one end thereof with a suction nozzle (15), an end face of the other end thereof being formed with an oil filler opening; the oil filler opening is detachably connected to an atomization core (3) having one end thereof inserted in the oil storage sleeve (41); the oil storage sleeve (41) is sleeved with a vent pipe (42) therein, one end of the vent pipe (42) being elastically and hermetically connected with the atomization core (3), and an oil storage cavity (45) for storing a cigarette liquid is formed between the oil storage sleeve (41) and the vent pipe (42); an adjustment ring (2) is rotatably sleeved outside an atomization sleeve (31). A user can rotate the adjustment ring (2) to adjust a corresponding number between an air inlet (312) on the atomization sleeve (31) and a through-hole (21) on the adjustment ring (2) as required, in order to adjust an amount of an air inflow of the atomization assembly, thus solving the problem of choking and the like.
