Abstract:
An atomization device, comprising a material chamber (10), a suction pipe (20), a spray nozzle (30), a gas chamber (40), a gas pipe (50), a piston (60), an elastic member (70), a check valve (80) and a pulling mechanism (90), wherein the top of the spray nozzle (30) is provided with a guide inclined face (31) guiding a gas flow, the guide inclined face (31) is provided with a material discharge hole (32), and a gas discharge hole (33) is provided at a corresponding position below the guide inclined face (31). According to the atomization device, by means of using the elastic member to provide pressure gas spray, negative pressure is formed at the material discharge hole to draw in and blow out a material inside the material chamber, thus solving the problems of a relatively high product cost, high power consumption, a short service life, inconvenient installation and use, and unstable atomization.
