Disclosed is an atomization system with a dual authentication mechanism. The atomization system with a dual authentication mechanism comprises at least one atomizable medicine container, an atomization device and a user device. The at least one atomizable medicine container is associated with an authentication code carrier and contains an atomizable medicine. The atomization device comprises an atomization module, a power supply module, a control unit, and a first communication module. The control unit controls the power supply module so that same outputs a drive voltage to directly drive the atomization module. The user device comprises a processor, a second communication module, and an authentication module. The second communication module is configured to be paired with the first communication module and is connected to a cloud server through a network. The authentication module is configured to perform an authentication operation related to the authentication code carrier, so as to determine the authenticity of the at least one atomizable medicine container or the atomizable medicine by means of the cloud server and correspondingly generate an authentication result signal. The atomization system of the present invention can greatly increase the difficulty of forging an authentication code carrier, and can also ensure the security of data transmission.
